We are now circulating the spreadsheet for the first half of the year for parents who have chosen to complete their Club Levy through the club lotto option.
Parents can enter their preferred date for their first one-hour slot (6:30pm–7:30pm on Friday or Sunday evenings).
If all slots are not filled by the end of the week, we will allocate dates to those who ticked the box indicating they are willing to complete their levy through the lotto option.
How it works on the evening:
• Lotto team will meet and collect tickets in Danny’s Pub at 6:30pm.
• Please sign the attendance sheet/log book when collecting the tickets.
• You will pair up into teams and cover a predetermined list of pubs to visit to ensure good coverage across the town.
• Lotto tickets are sold in the town from 6:30pm onwards for one hour.
• When selling tickets, please write your name on the tickets for our records. If there is a jackpot win, the seller also receives a prize.
Once your one-hour contribution has been completed, the first €40 will be refunded.
We appreciate that volunteering in this way may not suit everyone, but it plays a very important role in supporting the club. The day-to-day running costs now exceed €300,000 per year, and that is before any additional expenditure on the clubhouse and facilities.
Your support — and your time — are genuinely and hugely appreciated. Everything raised goes back into the club for the benefit of all our players.
