The lotto spreadsheet to pick an allocated evening is still live. Where spaces have yet to be filled, the club will allocate names to evenings based on who has ticked the lotto box at registration.

Half year rebates are refunded on the evening once volunteers have signed in to the lotto log book and names are checked on the tickets sold.
